"You are funny" and "you are humorous" have the same meaning, but "you're funny" is most commonly used.
"You are unique" means you are special.

“You’re funny” is more natural than “you’re humorous”. Something funny can also sometimes mean it is strange or different.
Unique means special (because it is different/there is only one of its kind)
